    "content": "Those of us from the peripheral areas are not included in the national power grid. We use diesel generators to run most of our towns. The question we need to raise with the chairperson or with those who are concerned is when we are going to be considered and connected to the national grid. Marsabit, with a population of about 60,000 people and Moyale with a population of 150,000, are major towns. We are concerned that we tend to legislate more in vain when chairpersons are not present in the House to shed light on some of these critical issues."
