    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I beg to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Transport, Infrastructure, Housing, Urban Development and Public Works: (i) whether he is aware that S. K. St Lukes, Namanga Church was wrongly compensated by the Kenya National Highways Authority (KENHA) for alleged surrender of parcels of land namely Wusi Kaya/2334, Wumari/Sechu/A/3 and Wumari/Sechu/A/4 for the construction of Mwatate-Taveta Road instead of the rightful owner; the ACK St. James Mwatate Church; and, (ii) what steps he is taking to ensure that ACK St. James Mwatate Church is rightfully compensated by KeNHA."
