Let me state the following: One, it is, indeed, true that this came through a letter with a myriad of other amendments affecting the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Interior and Coordination of National Government and the Ministry of Public Service, Youth and Gender Affairs. We did invite the Chairs and Hon. Wario can bear testimony because he sent a Member of the Committee to represent him before the Budget and Appropriations Committee.
