    "content": "One thing to note is that persons living with disabilities and the youth are represented to serve as ambassadors outside this country. The nominees have all the requisite qualifications. They performed in previous appointments. Therefore, they proved before the Committee that they can work and serve this country. It is my humble submission that this House agrees in totality with the recommendations of the Departmental Committee on Defence and Foreign Relations."
