If you go down to the far areas of this country, there is money meant for women at the grassroots, but it is being used in board rooms. This afternoon, we were discussing about sanitary towels for our girls. Just like we do in the National Government Development Constituencies Fund (NGCDFF), all the money meant for sanitary towels must be divided into 47 counties."
