    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, let me speak for the youth. I can see the women are busy with their agenda. I want to thank the Government that the Kshs17 billion, which we are issuing from the Consolidated Fund, must have an impact on the lives of the young people in our country. Kshs17 billion is a lot of money. Now that we have reformed the National Youth Service (NYS), this House created a law and there is a council. We want the young men and women in NYS and the many youths who are jobless in this country to see value of these billions we are allocating to this Department."
