    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I have a very quick point to raise on this. The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) ideally require that amount of money to work but we want them to deliver. The commitments that the Commission has been engaging in of late are not equivalent to the amount of money that is allocated to them. They must deliver according to the amount of money that they are given. Therefore, I hold my reservation on this Commission. They must show the expenditure versus the actual work that they deliver. That is all I wanted to raise."
