    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, thank you. I will be brief. I wish to urge the TSC to move with speed and recruit additional teachers as they had indicated. That is because we have an acute shortage of teachers in both primary and secondary schools. The problem in worse in rural constituencies like mine, where most schools have less than half the establishment required to manage them. With those few teachers, it is impossible for our schools to compete with others. So, we need to move with speed. We ask them to make sure the recruitment is skewed towards those areas with massive teacher shortages. Thank you."
