    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. Indeed, a challenge that we have on the ground is that a number of schools can even run up to Form IV without teachers. You find a school having one teacher. It also looks weird when we have teachers who trained in 2008 and to date, they have not been employed. I request the TSC to look critically at this issue and handle it well so that they do not kill the morale of the unemployed teachers. Thank you."
