The policy on recruitment is abit discriminative. Unless you have “tarmacked” for long, you cannot be recruited. So, they need to look into their policies. The TSC needs to reduce bureaucracies. It is so bureaucratic. It is not easy to talk to them, or to get to the senior people. They should open up."
