To make it worse, they were withdrawn some months ago. As we speak, we have lost lives in the northern part of the country and several counties are crying because the NPRs were withdrawn. If this money is going to recruit NPRs, I will oppose. But if they are going to support the NPRs who will ensure there is security in Kerio Valley, Laikipia and northern part of the country, I will support."
