Our Departmental Committee on Labour and Social Services has had time to look at this issue, evaluated it, digested it and brought it to the Floor of the House. I think it will be very unfair and it will be undermining the process of budget-making and undermining the process of parliamentary procedures that we can quickly overturn the decision that has been made by the Committee.
