    "content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to contribute. I want to thank all the Members of this House, the Budget and Appropriations Committee and all the Chairs of committees for a job well done. The public out there does not understand how this House works. I want to call upon the public to look at Parliament in a true eye to make sure that we, as the people’s representatives, do our job. The job which is remaining is for the Executive and the State Departments to make sure that Kenyans get value for the Budget we have made today."
