What we have here in the National Assembly is a matter of following the procedures that are laid down and making sure that the relevant State Departments get their allocations. I congratulate the Budget and Appropriations Committee and the entire House. The challenge is now on the Executive side in implementing, in dealing with corruption and doing what is expected by the Members of the House. We are here to oversee. After doing the Budget, we now move to oversight role which is critical because people out there see the Budget as much. But we should bear in mind that we have a huge debt."
