    "content": "To conclude, the law sometimes is an ass. There are certain things that, as Members of Parliament, we must be very careful about. It is a reality that in the current Constitution, we have two houses. We must avoid, at all times, as Members of Parliament, a situation where we will have perceived jurisdictional conflict between the two Houses. If anything, the two Houses must be prepared to complement the work of the other. If we do not do this, I can assure you our oversight role will completely be impaired."
