    "content": " To conclude, I would like to say that it is not really true that private schools charge more fees than public schools. I have had a student in private school and a child in public school. I paid more in public school under the capitation process. The capitation does not necessarily benefit all Kenyans and it should be equitable even to those going to private schools. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
