    "content": " Thank you. Maybe, the Leader of the Majority Party can clarify. We have heard him say that the Chairs have no right to defer a Question. Is this the only mechanism where Hon. Members who have Questions can appear before committees to get answers? Is it the only mechanism or maybe the Table Office has another mechanism just to remind members that they are supposed to attend Committee meetings so that they can have their Questions answered? When we have Questions for the plenary, we are normally reminded about them. We are told: “You have a Question at this hour. Please be there for you to ask it.” I do not know whether it is still the same with the clerks where they remind Members that they are supposed to appear before respective committees to have their answers.
