It is the Ministry of Public Works and the Ministry of Roads officials who give us the estimates on how much we should allocate in order to do the gravelling or in order to open up those roads. That is how we arrived at the Kshs3 million. That is not the only road we are doing because we are doing all the security roads in the whole country."
