"content": "As you are aware, the House passed this Bill and the Senate proposed amendments on several clauses, which were rejected in the House hence the mediation process. I am very happy to report that with the input of the mediation team from the National Assembly - my colleague the Leader of the Minority Party the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Lands, Hon. Nyamai, Hon. Kositany, Hon. Mishi Mboko and our usual expert on land matters, Hon. Ounda - we went through very difficult days. It is one of the mediations I will always remember. It was a very difficult situation where you reason, but sometimes reason does not prevail."
