    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to second this Vote. This is one of the best performing Ministries and that is why I have volunteered to second its Vote. The truth of the matter is that for the last five years, electricity has been supplied across the country, particularly in Bumula. Almost every village is getting electricity under the Rural Electricity Programme (REP). I want to commend the Minister and ask him to continue in the same spirit. He should not behave like some people who when praised, they stop performing. I am praising him and I expect him to continue performing well."
