    "content": "As I finish, on the Second Schedule, paragraph (3) and (12), the Mediation Committee rejected the Senate amendments to the paragraphs and schedule. The Committee observed that inclusion of human right, poverty eradication and gender in a situational analysis of physical planning and land use development plan is already covered in the population and demographic analysis and need not be included in Physical Planning Bill."
