As I persuade the House to agree with the mediated version of the Physical Planning Bill which, if agreed to, will now be Physical and Land Use Planning Bill, I want to make a few observations because the technical areas have been ably dealt with by Hon. Rachael Nyamai, the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Lands. She was valuable in our Mediation Committee together with the professional in the House, Hon. Oundo."
