For the number of times I have left the National Assembly to go for mediation of Bills that were referred to the Mediation Committee, I have never been given a brief. I have never been given any brief and I have never sat with the Leader of Majority Party or a chairperson of a committee to agree on what we will do. If it is not done, we will walk out. That has never happened. We consult on what we can agree with or reject."
