    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, the media can do better than that. It should go to the HANSARD and get the names of those Members who do not speak in the House. That should be a headline which will make them come and speak in the House. They should not send me a journalist to make a comment. When he asked me, I told him to use the HANSARD to see the Members who contribute in the House. Every Member speaks in the House. They can be having a language problem. The problem with the Kenyan Parliament is that you can only speak in English and Kiswahili. You cannot speak in your mother tongue. If you cannot read, you have researchers. Those who cannot speak those two languages have an opportunity to speak over the weekend."
