One must, first, insert his card in the gadget in front of his seat and follow the process. Hon. Osoro should be patient and he will reach there. We have seasoned speakers like Hon. Millie Odhiambo, who have been here for quite a while and have gained experience. Let the Member be patient and his time will come in another few years to come. I am not saying that he should not do that, but patience pays."
