"content": "I wish to express my appreciation to the Members of the Committee who sat for long hours to listen to our beloved citizens and all stakeholders who made useful contributions towards the preparation and production of this Report. I also take this opportunity to recognise the importance of the Leader of the Majority Party. He has moved the Bill though he was not part and parcel of our engagement. But his rich knowledge and research based on his experience in Parliament, he has moved this important Bill in a very exhaustive manner. I thank him for tirelessly taking his time to read through and prepare himself for all the business that comes before the House. I appreciate the fact that the Leader of the Majority Party has done us proud. We admire his capabilities and appreciate the person who appointed him to that position because of what he has always done."
