    "content": "We know that the most important part in this Bill is Part IV which deals with exercise regulatory control that includes notification, authorisation, inspection and enforcement. This is very important because we have to follow due process. If you want to deal in any aspect in a big or small way, then notification must be given, authorisation sought, inspection done and most importantly, enforcement. We think this is not being followed."
