    "content": "Having said that, I want to say that I am the Chairperson of the Parliamentarians for Global Action, a network of Parliamentarians globally that works on issues of rule of law, human rights, peace and security. We have been discussing these issues a lot. So, I am happy that this Bill has come. I know that when the Chairman of the Committee was seconding the Bill, he spoke to the fact that whenever we talk about nuclear, it has a negative connotation. That is because of the history of the wrong use of nuclear and nuclear weapons. For instance, we all remember the case of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, where many people were killed and maimed."
