    "content": "I am particularly happy with the provisions under Part IX that deal with emergency preparedness and responses in the event of radiological emergencies and nuclear accidents. I am just imagining if Kenya had to face a Hiroshima type of situation. Several of us would be dead because of our lack of preparedness. That is why I am happy that this Bill provides for that. It also addresses the issue of illicit trafficking, certification and inspection which is important."
