    "content": "If you look at Clause 3, which deals with the objects and purposes of this Act, it talks about regulating the safe, secure and peaceful development, production, procession, storage, transport, transfer, disposal or handling of nuclear and radioactive materials, activities, facilities and other apparatus generating, ionising radiation and protect persons’ property and environment in relation to nuclear and radioactive material activities, facilities and other operators generating ionising radiation."
