    "content": "I have been talking to the Chair and I have been told that most of the Members have gone to Kisumu for the inauguration of the Kenya Pipeline Oil Jetty, which will allow oil to be collected in Kisumu to other neighbouring countries. That is why most of them are not here. But in future, it is important to have the relevant committee’s entire Membership around, so that we can make the right decision."
