    "content": "I support the Bill because generally it is dealing with regulations. Many times, we have come up with projects without first putting regulations in place. I am happy that even with the imagination of us developing nuclear power, we are already starting with regulations, which is very good. I also want to add that our country is a member of the international community, and nuclear power is not isolated to a particular country.
