    "content": "Going back to my background, I have been in the logistics business for quite a while and I had opportunity to clear goods at our borders, airports and other border points with an operational Customs office. I do not think the Ministry of Health has put enough facilities to test nuclear radioactive materials. Many times, we would find radioactive items in nature just passing through the border points without the knowledge of the Ministry of Health officers."
