    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity. This is an extremely important Bill in the energy sector. We are dealing with nuclear energy. When the nucleus of these heavy elements degenerates, they produce extreme heat. That is what we are using to heat water and produce steam which we use to run machines that give us energy. It is a huge economic advantage to have them. Although other countries are exiting, they have acquired the knowledge. They have benefited from the economy of it.
