If the objective is to get more energy, we can get it through green energy because we have a lot of resources for green energy like geothermal energy. I support nuclear energy because as Hon. Nyikal has said, it is cheap and reliable. However, it is expensive to set up a nuclear energy plant and it takes a long time to have it. Decommissioning a nuclear energy plant is also very expensive. So, as a country, we have to decide where we want to go. We also want to see this organisation called “Nuclear Power and Energy Agency”.
