    "content": "In future, and we need a directive from the Speaker on this, when a Bill is being debated, all Members of the Committee that is responsible for the Bill should be present in the House. They have done public participation and have researched on it and should enlighten the House so that when the House makes a decision, it is from an informed point of view.
