    "content": "One of the reasons the country has failed in regulation and enforcement of the law is that we, as a people, have never believed in ourselves and have never lived the values enshrined in our Constitution. That is why every day we hear the police or the KRA officers have done this or that or have allowed goods to pass through the border. Nuclear power is such a serious issue that we hope that people who will end up dealing with the Commission will be people of high integrity, high moral character and who understand the height, breadth and depth of what the Commission is supposed to do."
