(i) Could the Cabinet Secretary confirm whether the task force setup to inquire into early teenage pregnancies in the country has concluded its work as per the term of reference and, if so, provide the final report on the inquiry? (ii) What mechanisms is the Ministry putting in place to curb early pregnancies among school going children in the country, and in particular, in Kilifi South Constituency?"
