But we have to do so in such a way that borrowers carry the liability for their loans so that they can inject it into their business and try to multiply the money. If borrowers are not held liable and we hold guarantors more liable than borrowers, honestly, it means that people will borrow money for luxurious purposes, and maybe the purpose for which it is meant will not be met."
