    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, the need to protect guarantors is paramount. We are a country that cannot employ as many people as we train. In that case, it applies that there will be many more, especially the younger people, requiring money to start businesses. So, we need to promote more support in terms of guarantee so that the youth can get into business. If this is abused as has occurred many times – that is according to many speakers and the experiences that we have had - I think we will not be in position to support our youth to start businesses."
