    "content": "I am sure if they were keen enough they will find that most of the people who have borrowed money from these institutions have assets which can be auctioned to recover the loans which have been defaulted. Therefore, this amendment is very timely and will help many Kenyans against the risk of losing their properties and their assets as a result of being guarantors."
