    "content": "First and foremost, I thank the Members of this House for the overwhelming support they have given to this Bill regarding the proposed amendment. As I sat here, I received communication from various areas in the country; from teachers and other civil servants who have taken loans. They are saying that, in fact, this amendment is highly in consonance with what they have been expecting. As a House, today, we are enacting legislation that augurs very well with the population in the country. This is very commendable."
