    "content": "Therefore, once ordinary Kenyans have invested in buildings, it is not acceptable that others wake up one morning to pull them down. We need a mechanism of ensuring that there is adequate compensation in the event any structure is pulled down. This is because there are agencies which sleep on their jobs and eventually subject innocent Kenyans to suffering for the wrongs they have not committed. I wish that the Committee on Energy looks at this matter expeditiously and gives the way forward."
