    "content": "It is high time this House gave a directive that in case of any demolition, the Government should compensate the investors. Indeed, we need development such as the Standard Gauge Railway (SGR) and roads, but if somebody has built on a road reserve, the concerned authorities should stop the construction from the beginning instead of intervening much later when the property is in the hands of a third owner."
