However, whatever else the Leader of the Majority Party will say, or whatever else these people will proceed to say here that it is only the commission and not the insurance, we had come to a middle ground and said that these people can hold that money for 30 days then remit it to the insurer. Under Subsection (3) there is a penalty for it. I can tell you without mincing my words that this is the sure killer of the insurance industry particularly the brokerage industry.
