    "content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Chairman. The issue before the House is that in the country we only have 3 per cent penetration of insurance holders. The guys who do most selling of insurance products are the intermediaries. They are the ones who have ensured that even the 3 per cent has been reached. I wish the President would have consulted these people and entities and agree with them about the best way to go. This is very major policy shift. It is so huge that it is going to affect even those already covered under insurance."
