    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Chairman. My interpretation of this amendment and the President’s reservations is that brokerage firms have not been dealt with. Two, I am a practitioner of law in this area. A bus which was going to Western Kenya was involved in an accident and it had been insured through a broker. I can assure you no single person, out of the many people who died, could be paid. First of all, the owners of the bus could not be traced. When we went on a second lap to the High Court level so that we attach the insurance company, it was not possible. So, I support the President’s position and say that Kenyans have been protected. The President has protected Kenyans. The brokerages have only been controlled. They have not been done away with. I support."
