The first option is to count Members before voting to ensure that we have the two-thirds. That will take a long time. The easier option is for me to rule one other way and the rest of the Members who have an issue against that will look for the numbers, clarify that they have the numbers and then we will vote. So, you can be sure about how I am going to rule."
