    "content": "There is a fundamental issue here and probably the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs should debate this and get people who understand it a little bit to go in some depth on the issue of veto. Furthermore, on the issue of brokerage and the underwriters, I think this amendment is being intrusive. The relationship between the broker and the underwriter is a voluntary one. Why does the underwriter continue to work with the broker who will not remit funds to them?"
