It means that the three bodies will have to be married at some point. The main idea is efficiency and proper power supply to the country. I really support this Bill, but insists that as Kenyans, we must set our minds to thinking about the effects. A proper study should be done by the Departmental Committee on Energy in this House. It must visit one or two other countries which have had successful generation of nuclear energy and the countries which have had disasters in this particular sort of energy, the effects of the disasters and how they were managed. Once something goes wrong with the plant and the nuclear stuff pollutes the compound, there is a likelihood that it will affect generations. I beg to support, but insist that there are many issues which, most probably, we will bring at the Committee of the whole House to make sure we have a sufficient law to regulate this sort of energy.
